Outside Lawn Furniture / B.B.Q Grill / Two street legal vehicles per unit.
 
NO MORE than three (3) people per unit.  NO PETS without special permission.
Any under unit storage must be shielded with suitable material.
NO units over ten (10) years old!
NO washing vehicles on site.
NO fireworks
NO discharge of firearms or weapons of any kind.
All rents and electric bills must be paid by the first day of the month!
